So I've been thinking for awhile about trying a DnD-based RP, and now I've decided to come here and find how many of you are actually interested in a DnD-based RP. Right now I have nothing more then an idea so if you have any ideas for a plot or how it could possibly work then feel free to post 'em.

I just thought of one we could do with Allies and the enemy(which we can name later).

Something like combat on Earth in various locations, and in the sky. (Similar to like in Star Wars)

Maybe we can also implement some kind of espionage element to it?


Its a sketchy idea at the moment, but its a work in progress.

As I posted in the 'other' brainstorming thread (I didn't know we had one already), I want a medieval-esque RP with corruption, two sides, tension, politics, the works. 'Course, it's not just about what I want, but that's my two cents.

I wouldn't mind a pirate RP. I still need to see all the PoC movies, but I really like the style they have anyways, so I would definitely like to see one.

It's very strange, because I had the sudden urge to make a pirate RP as well, though it was much... different. More of a steampunk-fantasy pirate RP. Not sure where I'll host it.

I have an idea I'll likely be putting up soon. I can't really explain it here very well, so I'll leave that to my hosting topic. All I can really say is that it is set in modern time, we play a bunch of unknown dead people, and we get sent on suicide missions for a shady organization.

It'll be fun, I promise. Details later.

What about an old RP set in the times of the Pirates movies and such? The times were Pirates really were a big deal and such not like they are now and just hi-jack ships with guns blazing.

But yeah, these pirate ideas sound good. I can't wait for some swashbuckling action with swords... and flintlocks... and WENCHES!
