Greetings Leaders of the world. I am Wilhelm Dempsy, grand Chancellor of the Dominion of Ironhull. It has become my burden to notify that our beloved leader Durn Grushna III has died by rebellious attacks on the throne in august and it has only been recently that the people voted to officially elect me as Chancellor for Ironhull.
Do to this sudden change in political mindset in the Dominion, I wish that all international relations remain positive during these stressful times. Trade pacts made in the Old Days will remain active and in full swing.
Along with this letter, a keg of Ironhull's finest whiskey. I wish this gift will be enjoyed amongst the leaders of the world.
