"What now?" Eric asked sounding bored. Eric reached into his pocket and pulled out the clover charm. He rubbed in between his thumb and forefinger. "Let's get this over with,"

"Wild dogs, dead ahead. About...three. That's 3 more than we could handle..."
Zane notices what they're feasting on; human corpses. "My God....they're eating dead bodies!"

"Everyone, gather round. We've being exposed to our first danger, we never experienced danger inside the walla of the compound."

"Say who?" AMber asks as she takes a hammer out of her tinker tool bag. Smiles.

Eric pulled out his knife, put away his clover, and pulled out a needle. "Filled with cyanide, quick death for whoever, or whatever, gets it," He squeezes out a little to make sure it worked, then stood still, waiting.

"well I'm ready," she says softly as she grinds the heal of her right foot into the dirt, waiting.

Dylan: "So...."

Zane smiles at the quick response of his companions."Aye, but this trumps it all..."
He pulls a Machete from what appears to be nowhere. It's two feet long, and that is just the blade. Then, he hands Rae a small knife. "You don't have to fight, but, just incase. Take it." he says, smiling at her, in reassurance.

"Now...we're going to go AROUND them, but, if they approach us, feel free to beat the shit out of them, ok? Good. Resume walking!"

Nods to Dylan and giggles quietly. "it's better than being stuck in that colorless basement fixing useless contraptions."
Looks at Zane and sighs. "Fine," starts walking agian, hammer in hand.

"Or we could beat them to a pulp...but they're just trying to survive, just like us. Now, if they threaten us, it's over for them."

"Well when you say it like that... I suppose that's ok. Poor babies," half smiles and walks slightly faster.

"Out here, I treat everyone and everything the same; be chilvarious and polite, until you have a reason not to. Then, by all means, end it. So, with that said, all of you are obviously on my good side, as none of you are wolf-food yet."

"That's actually pretty good advice," smiles, "thanks Zane." Randomly does a cartwheel to let out some energy.

"Eh, I have my moments." Zane says, returning the smile. Soon, the group passes the dogs without incident. "We're not out of the woods yet, they were watching us the entire time. Keep your eyes peeled, they might begin to follow us."

"I rly hope they don't. I was just caught up in the moment. I don't really want to hurt them. Though they would be terriffic drawing subjects. They're actually quite pretty and strange at the same time." Slightly glances back towards where she saw them last and continues to grip her hammer.

"Indeed. It is getting dark, so it was hard to tell., but they looked almost white."

Off in the distance, smoke and lights can be seen. Ahhh we're getting close to NATURAL EARTH. C'mon let's hurry!

"NATURAL EARTH is what again?" walks faster.

"NATURAL EARTH is a large, self-sufficient camp run by one of my friends. I tallked to him before, and he said we're welcome to stay there with them. NATURAL EARTH stands for something, but I can't remeber what."

"I see," she says as her mind wanders and the walk becomes kind of quiet.

Soon, they all arrive at NATURAL EARTH. "Let's just head into the main building, that is where everyoen sleeps." As they walk in, they're greated warmly, then they soon settle in.

"Ahh. Glad to finally get a break...." Zane says as he is sitting on the bed.

Eric put the cyanide away, but kept the knife out. He pulls outs some flint, and runs the blade along the flint continuously. "What does NATURAL EARTH have anyways? I'm talking medical wise, is it bleeding sick people and leech treatments, or is it MRI's and catscans?"
