Commonwealth espatiers have recently been launched to engage in combat with an APS fleet in the Proxima system. The Commonwealth requests aid from our brothers in continental Europe, in the form of fleet attacks upon Tokyo's interstellar possessions. Our current targets are Stations Four and Five in the Proxima system.

We pledge that, in the event of a capitulation of the APS, the resulting peace treaty shall reward the European Union according to its participation in these efforts. The war shall not spread to Earth and the EU has no fear of direct APS retribution.
