I have a question, will it be like fallout, where people survived outside, and now they scrounge to survive, or is it just us with mutated freaks out there?

I think it's like the first one. We might encounter some mutated things, like plants or animals, but by this, think only slight changes. Go Google Chenobyl, then look at the "mutations" it has caused. We could only see slight things, like possible variations in fur color, or changes in bird calls.

Haha yes, Merc is correct. Davenport is not direcly after the war. Centuries have passed.

Right now in the story, I'm monitering a mysterious man. This could be Bang, not the weird, NPC! We could have it set up as we rescue him or something, if it's ok with him, of course.

Also College Applications, I have to rush and get my taxes done mad fast for the FASFA and all that stuff. Plus my semester is coming to a close soon so I really need to focous on projects
