Dear Chancellor,

This Republic is most distressed by the recent attacks upon our ally in Curaidach. It is my solemn duty to inform your government that any continuation of this campaign will result in a state of war between the Republic and Ironhull, including the full destruction of Ironhull's military capabilities on the oceans and a possible amphibious assault upon your realm.

If it can be shown to us, via our eyes in Curaidach, that within three days Ironhull forces are in full retreat from Curaidach, a state of peace may be maintained. Barring this, however, that time is when this declaration of war shall take effect.
