[WIP] Restructure Act of Sperare Impero

The original city walls where tall and blocked the views of the outside world. But a new design would improve it making it more appealing to citizens and make it easier for soldiers to protect it. The plan is to make a artificial mesa where the walls is the mountain it self.

The construction would be first to carve the mesa that is 50 feet tall in height and the second step is to create a wooden out law of the carved mountain. Finally they will pour concrete into the space and let it wait till it is hard and dry. The mesa would be covered in a wall that does not block the view of the city.

When the city walls are finnish this project would begin. The plan is to make a 10 mile road/stairs that will reach to the ground. This would be called the Stairway To Heaven. There stairs would be in the middle of the two roads. The protection of the road would be five checkpoints each would be heavily fortified.

The Templar City would be a section of the capital where all government buildings would be located which this will include residency of government officials and offices for government buildings. This would be placed on the original palace grounds..

The original palace is placed on 4 to 5 miles worth of land and many of government buildings scatter all over the city. The new plan will create government section of the city where the President Homes is, Templar Order Congress, and other department buildings would be located. The first part would be the demolish of the original palace and build the following.
