Yes, this reg will have a lot of things from Oblivion... I love the game. I have never played Morrowind, even though I really want to... so bear with me. XD
GENERAL
Name: Thalmir Windshadow
Age: 30
Race: Imperial
Gender: Male
PERSONAL
Birthsign: The Warrior
Affiliation: The Imperial Blades, Fighters Guild
Appearance: Thalmir is tall around 6'5'' and weights around 220lbs. He has a warriors build, being quite muscular and lean, his skin is tanned, more so than the average Imperial. His has a scar running down his back from an incident long ago back in Cyrodiil.
Personality: Thalmir is usually quite quiet and keeps to himself. He is most comfortable around his Brothers of his Order, the Blades, whom are the most notable special soldiers who are always tasked in guarding the Emperor of Tamriel. He is always calm in battle, and deals with all situations through an odd mix of logic and gut feeling. One he learns to know someone and becomes their comrade, he will be loyal to them until death.
History: Thalmir, long a citizen of Cyrodiil, was renowned as one of the veterans in the Order of the Blades. Especially skilled with the Akaviri Katana, he was dubbed the name "Windshadow" as his style with the blade was thought to sever the wind itself. He is currently still a major figure in the order, however due to a relatively new mission he has been tasked, he has been sent on a journey. For that mission, which is known by no one aside from Thalmir, his Master, and the Emperor himself, he has traveled to Morrowind.

I'm afraid you can't be a high-ranking blade, since the whole early part of Morrowind is about being new to the Blades and gathering information. Sorry about that... I probably ruined your entire backstory right there.
Come to think of it, that probably wrecked your character...

... yeaahhh... Would I be able to be a veteran Blade, meaning I am not new, but not an officer either?

Sure, that would work. Your character could serve as the Jeigan archetype... oops, wrong game.
