GENERAL
Name: The name of your character.
Age: The age.
Race: If you're new to TES, consult UESP for information on race. Otherwise, you should know this.
Gender: You have two choices.

PERSONAL
Birthsign: Consult UESP for details. Shouldn't be hard.
Affiliation: What factions is your character a member of? There are quite a few... again, you may want to consult UESP.
Appearance: Bearing in mind the traits of each race, what does your character look like?
Personality: How does your character act? Do they speak with an accent? Do they walk funny? (Argonians do both.)
History: A short summary of your character's life.

TECHNICAL
Class: Consult the main class page at UESP for a list.
Specialization: Combat, Magic, or Stealth?
Weapons: Consult the UESP weapon page. Nothing too OP'd for now... the best you can hope for at the moment is Dwemer weapons. Obviously, you can upgrade later.
Armor: A basic sort of armor. Try to keep things basic to start with.
Major Attributes*: Optional. For OCD people only.
Major Skills*: Optional. Ditto to the above.
Minor Skills*: Optional. Same as two above.
