He has a dark vest over the shirt and has leather shoes.

Personality: He is very cocky and headstrong, having a short temper most of the time. He doesn't like to show his feelings on things, but most of the time he can't hold them back and becomes embarrassed. Though he may not seem like it, he has a kind heart and will always help any innocent people in danger if the situation arises.

History: William Darnel was born in the United States of America, born under rich parents in Virginia. He was given almost anything he wanted, including free gun lessons, sword lessons, any subject his wished to learn, and more. Even though he wasn't too keen about spending money on himself, he put his parents money to good use and learned as much as he could in his childhood. After he gained adulthood, he started to travel around the world, using his riches to help others and explore the unknown. When he heard about Japan trying to change their ideals to a more western outlook, he went to the area right away, hired by the government to help the police force and destroy any interlopers that wished to bring back the old Japan with the sword.

Weapon: He has a lever action rifle and a thick steel rapier.

Fighting Style: He was taught by a trainer in England how to fight with a rapier, though he did not entirely pay attention in his classes. He was far more interested in the rifle, which he mostly taught himself to use by practicing on hunting expeditions and target practice.
