I just found these two maps on the internet, they might have more/different planets on them.

If you find a important planet then post with it's location like so:
Coruscant - The Core - Upper Middle

If the map it's on has numbered and lettered squares then add those in like so:
Korriban - The Outer Rim - R - 5

After you post a planets location i will add it to the list, this will make it easier for people to find planets and not spend hours look at the map.
