Has bleach white hair that is short and slicked back. He has a clean shaved face with hazel colored eyes. He is always wearing his blue colored trench coat with a gold trim on it. He has two belt's wrapped around his waist that has a sheath on each one of them. He has black colored pants with a white shirt on. His foot wear is a pair of black boots.
Personality:
A very caring person that will help anyone in need unless they are an enemy to him or anyone on his side, but even then it is very rare that he doesn't assist them with his medical knowledge.
History:
Barry von Winchester born into a rich family with a silver spoon in his mouth. His family are a well known family of weapons craftsmen in which he learned the family trade making his own guns. In which he crafted his 2 rifle blades. Which he has been using ever since then.

After a while he moved out from his family and went to get an education where he was a medical major giving him quite a few skills for the time being. He knows many drugs and techniques that help him and other people in his party when they are in trouble.

That's when he went wrong with a single surgery and he killed a man in a slow and painful death. Barry went into a depressed stat and they had to take him to a 72 hour watch in which he didn't kill himself. After those 72 hours he thought he wasn't cut out for medicine and quit it and never had any confidence in himself. Always doubting himself.

Now he just walks around the town never really getting anything accomplished just living through life as if he was nothing.
Skills: Medical and a good gunner.
Weapons:

x2 Rifle Blade: The thing this based around a blade. The hilt is a normal black one with the cloth grip around it, but under it is a pump rifle's trigger. The butt of the gun is also there, that is where the hilt is placed in. Then after the hilt is the crossguard which is just a normal one which is colored gold. After the crossguard there is the barrel of the gun which is set above the katana which comes out around 2 feet. The barrel is only about 1. The gun itself holds around 6 shots each.

Possessions: A bottle of Rum

I'm very sorry, but I must deny you on the basis that this style of character is out of line with the spirit of the rest of the RP. He's also very overpowered.
