Appearance: Tall, dark haired with hazel eyes. He wears an unbuttoned blue jacket with the sleeves rolled up. Underneath exposes a red shirt and white ascot. He wears dark green trousers tucked into leather boots. His leather gauntlets protect his hands from flying gears. And shrapnel. He also wears a set of flight goggles, usually over his head and not his eyes.
Personality: Somewhat headstrong, but has a very cool temper. Can get very defensive of friends and personal property.
History: Born into a family of engineers in a relatively small town, the idea of engines and gears always interested him. One day, bored to tears, he built a construct out of spare parts and inserted a nearby magitek core. It didn't do much outside of a strange mechanical "dance", but it set Cid up to train as an engineer. Eventually, he left to go his own way, eventually running into an airship Captain named Alexander Ribault and a pilot by the name of Ed Thatch.
Skills: Engineering, building stuff and taking it apart to include the use of magitek cores. Some skill in navigation and gunnery. Also likes to invent stuff.
Weapons: A katana and repeating rifle. Also a tanto in a boot sheath for last resort purposes.
Possessions: The automaton that he built, which he constantly modifies, his goggles, a well stocked tool kit. He carries a tanto specifically for utility purposes.
