Vladmir Oktehu [The Russian]
Thu Jan 07, 2010 1:12 am
Name: Vladmir Oktehu
Theme Song: Float On - Modest Mouse
Nickname: Sharpshot
Age: 39
Sex: Male...Yes please.
Appearance: A tall, slender build. He is rather pale in skin colour and has long, dark brown wavy hair and a rough goatee, blue-grey eyes of ice.
Personality: Enthusiastic and somewhat optimistic, he's always the sarcastic one, popping off some jokes when they seem least necessary.
History: Since his Grand-father was an avid gun-enthusiast and veteran, his Grand-father snuck in a squads worth of weapons and such into the bunkers pre-apocalypse, explaining his amount of weapons. Vladmir is currently THE supplier for the local militia; if you need a weapon, a good choice is to check him first. Once he left the bunker, he stumbled upon Avok as it was brand spanking new, with just about no one with the proper training nor weapons to fend bandits. He took it upon himself to organize the militia into one little squad, with the weapons to take on a bandit scouting party. He normally controls the militia, however small it is, to destroy or take bandit vehicles and gear.
Skills: Basically a sniper, as his nickname suggests. He seems to be a good engineer to, brandishing his own custom armor and crude bullets. He's quite smart compared to most, as his Grand-father was a Ph. D., thus allowing a great makeshift education in the bunker from his father and Grandfather, who died only years after he turned 9. he was trained and educated to his finest in the bunker.
Invader Gene: "The Vanishing Act" - Due to a rather strange gene, Vladmir has can turn 'Invisible', granting him the upper advantage in battle. Although his Stealth lasts for a long while, their are disadvantages - he can run while invisible, but for only a small amount of time. The gene runs on a sort of distance constraint, the quicker he moves, the less time he will be able to stay undetectable. Coming in and out is easy enough so far, the only disadvantage being a minor headache once it fades out.
Gear: Map, compass, scrap metal, rope, first-aid, sling bag. Kevlar Vest and Gas Mask and Combat Helmet
Weapons: A .PP-19 Bizon, Colt Gov., and a Kukri
Other Items: photograph of his family, Geiger Counter, journal and pen

Although I already have Vladmir up, may I ask for my old CE character? He might come in handy.
