Although I have nothing but contempt for your recent actions and your bid for power, I am willing to forgive this breach of protocol if you renounce all and any claim to the High Captain's seat. While I cannot promise that the Capuan and Cuiradach navies will abate their pursuit of you, I can promise some support in evading them. Beyond that, we will have to negotiate later. I am not unreasonable: If it were not for the Capuan's self-righteousness, there would be no need for this feud.
