Location (on map): Being, not exactly a country, but rather, an organisation, politically, best described as a loose decentralised confederacy, without any particular political borders, without much definable territory, and those territories which it has, being mostly very small, discreet, secret hideouts and jaunts, spread throughout the world, and those hideouts and jaunts in themselves being mostly temporarily, and moving about regularly, there isn't much of SEA that could be pinpointed on the map.

Various Symbols: Skull, crossbones, eyepatch, narcotics, rifles, boats, ships, anything illegal or anti-political.

Erm... Where exactly is it? Just scattered around the islands or something?

Scattered abouts the oceans - Think, like.. Small, floating communities, constructed basically by tying a bunch of ships together with ropes and the likes; And small, remote, hidden away homes, abandoned buildings and the likes along the coastlines of various nations in the world, outer country-side along the coast, out of view of major population centers and the likes.

Posting this here because I need to post stuff up about it before I can really use it properly considering what I'm wanting to use it for, but technically isn't a nation.

Anyhow, it's taking me a lot longer to get it up and posted than I'd originally anticipated due to work commitments and etc, and basically not having as much time as I thought I'd have when I got back from my holidays, so I'd suggest only taking what's here with a grain of salt until I've got it actually finished, because until finished, it's not going to have any bearing on anything.
