OOC: This is a series of checks I'm rolling against Solaris. Basically, MSI is inserting population spies; these will tell me about general information, but nothing well-hidden or secret. I will roll for these using a positive modifier because they simply don't appear to be doing anything wrong (mostly because they're firmly within the bounds of the law).

An attempt is made to insert an operative into logistics bureaus. If I succeed here, I'll know the positions of fortifications, what supplies they have, where supplies tend to come from, and will be able to divine the troops present in certain locations. A negative modifier will be used (security and Solari society's paranoia).

I'll roll now.

First roll is population spying. Modifier +2.

Second roll is logistical spying. Modifier -1.
