The Fresh Origin of Species: By Darwin

Introduction

Now this is the story all about how my life got flip turned upside down
I’d like you to take a minute just drink your tea,
And I’ll tell you how I came about of the origin of species.

In west Shropshire born and raised,
On the Beagle was where I spent most of my days
Scouting birds, shoveling turds, and fishing ‘long the sea
Whist I was reading and pondering about the species
That’s when a Alfred Wallace, who was up to no good
Started making trouble in my neighborhood
We got in one little rivalry and my career was scarred
I said I’m sailing to the Galapagos, so get off my front yard

I got on the Beagle and when it sailed clear,
I pointed towards the birds and off did we fare.
If anything I could say that the traits were just rare,
But I thought, Nah, forget it, we’re off to find their lair.

I found many different traits around seven or eight
And I yelled to the plants, Yo homes, you got to adapt
I looked at my Island, I was finally there! To ogle at fish and start my career.

That was pretty good. More?

Perhaps. Can't really parody the Origins of Species if I never read it before.

True... but if that's the case, how did you do the first part?

YES. I'm thinking the first part was just done with general knowledge of Darwin.
