So I'm revisiting (yet again) Westerfield. But I'm short of stuck, where should I take the story from?

The end, after the death of the younger brother?

In the middle after Alana becomes curious about the night?

In the beggining when Alana first comes to the town?

Or

In the beginning of the myth?
