TOP SECRET! -- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS IS PUNISHABLE!!
Sent per will of the Dominion Intelligence Agency;
To be received in privacy by Agent 206.

Operative 206,
The time has come to execute plan 42, you have been briefed on what to do. This note is to be burned after reading.

Chief Director

OOC:
This is a series of checks i am running against Curaidach. The first will be on general information as the DIA inserts spies into common living in Curaidach. This roll will be given a positive modifier do to no illegal activities being preformed.

The second is an infiltration of logistics bureaus. If the roll is a success, then Ironhull will learn the location of all forts, supplies and where they come from and troop count and where they are stationed. Critical failure will result in increase suspicion increase.

To be honest, if I were in Khamul's shoes, I'd be contesting this roll on several fronts. Not my place, and it's between you guys, but... Yeah. You'd have to infiltrate fairly high level to know the location of -all- fortifications, as, I do not doubt for a moment that any country as militarised as Curaidach would likely have several or more assets that wouldn't be known to any less for the highest ranked officers and officials. That, and if members of his military are conscripted at as young an age as cited, you'd probably need some fairly significant modifiers to compensate for lack of formal military history and the likes. I'd generally suggest rolling for each stage of infiltration, too - Firstly, entering Curaidach (not usually necessary with most countries, but for a heavily militarised nation, formally isolationist with heavy border protection, I'd say in this case, it probably is), infiltration of appropriate authorities (with modifiers for lack of formal history and to compensate for suspicion checks), then, finally, obtaining the appropriate information from the appropriate officials (with modifiers to account for any security measures in place).

Taking in mind, this is relative to the sort of information you're trying to obtain. If you were, for example, attempting to ascertain the location of -primary- fortifications, and more well known fortifications, but not necessarily secret ones, I'd say just the two rolls is fine - Passing the border, and infiltrating rank. Naturally, in due course, the information would reveal itself to some degree or another (though would be limited).

In principle, I agree. If I were in Ironhull's shoes, I'd be infiltrating the crap out of my new neighbours. But, logistics. XD

OOC: As said above by both myself and maik, you'd have to have Jasob Bourne gunning for Ironhull to get by my borders. You have little chance of finding anything more than one fort.

OOC: I know for a fact that Jason Bourne isn't gunning for Ironhull. He's on one of Theron's ships right now.
