The popular belief, due to the pioneering of DNA Engineering by a Dr. Francis Decan, has become one of high segregation and that one’s blood translates to what they can accomplish in life. With the advancement of DNA, came the inevitable technological improvement as well. However, no one from the past century would have ever believed how quickly humanity changed. Cities in the sky became the veritable line between the influential and affluent, and the poverty stricken outcasts. Those who had the DNA had the money. Those who did not lived in squalid conditions. It is up to a small underground society to bring true humanity back to this earth.
